Are all cleansing oils the same?

No, not all cleansing oils are created equal. As oil doesn’t naturally break down with water, cleansing oils require a solubiliser. Many cleansing oils contain a combination of drying and irritating synthetic mineral oils and PEG based emulsifiers. Drench cleansing oil only uses pure skin-loving plant oils combined with a gentle fractionated coconut solubilser.

I usually use a foaming cleanser. What are the benefits of cleansing with oil?

There is no place on the face for foaming cleansers or soaps as they contain detergents that strip and dry the skin. As a result the skin can become dehydrated and exposed to irritation and bacteria. Your skin should never feel tight or dry after you cleanse. Drench cleansing oil will remove dirt and impurities while nurturing the skin with nourishing plant oils.
