Terms and Conditions 

Orders with Aurthority to Leave  

Please note that Skin Juice cannot be held responsible for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of selecting the Authority to Leave option in checkout.

Shipping Fee 

There is a $10 freight charge for standard shipping on all purchases with delivery within Australia.

No freight charge on AU orders valued at $100 or over.

There $20 freight charge on all International orders. Please note International shipping is not included in our free shipping on orders $100 or over offer.

Orders that are designated for international shipping outside of Australia may be subjected to taxes, customs duties and other fees by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these fees. If the purchaser refuses a shipment, they are responsible for any import fees incurred, cost of returning the shipment and the original shipping charges. This amount will be deducted from the merchandise refund.

Tracking numbers are issued after your order has been dispatched. Please notify us if you have any concerns with the order. 

Delivery

The order will be delivered to the delivery address provided to us. Please ensure the details are correct as we are unable to assume responsibility if details provided are incorrect or incomplete. Skin Juice uses Australia Post and TNT as our preferred courier services.

Delivery to an Australian address via Standard Shipping, Skin Juice will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the order within ten working days (Monday – Friday, excluding official public holidays) from the date the order was submitted by you. 

For orders delivered to Western Australia and the Northern Terrority please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

Please note that shipment time is not guaranteed by Skin Juice or Australia Post. We are not responsible for any delays that do not result from our error. Skin Juice is not responsible for an order once Australia Post has marked it as "Delivered”.

To ensure your delivery arrives to the correct destination and on time, please ensure that someone is available to sign and collect the delivery.

Skin Juice reserves the right to cancel and refund orders for any reason. 

Prices and Payment

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment for the order must be made by credit card, Paypal, direct deposit or Afterpay at the time of submitting the order. Skin Juice accepts Visa and Mastercard.

Payments made by direct deposit are asked to use the order name as reference and the banking details provided once the order is placed. If payment for your order, or communication from you regarding your payment, is not received within 5 business days from the date of your order, it is assumed that you no longer wish to complete your purchase, and your order may be cancelled.

Refunds and Returns 

Only items purchased on the Skin Juice website can be returned to Skin Juice for refund or exchange. Items purchased in any other store, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.

Error When Ordering

Should you make an error when ordering online, Skin Juice will exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending the items back to Skin Juice. 

Products must be received by Skin Juice unopened and in the original saleable condition. Please see packing instructions. How to ship a return packing instructions. 

Products must be sent back within 7 days from original receipt of goods.

Failure to meet with these conditions will result in an exchange or refund being denied.

Refunds will be processed via the same payment method that you originally paid for your order upon receipt of the returned products. Please note that refunds cannot be processed to expired credit cards.

The total value of the refund will equal the payment made for the goods purchased, excluding freight and any other relevant fees, including Customs or Import fees, if any.

Incorrect Orders

If you have received your order from Skin Juice and it is incorrect, please email sales@skinjuice.com.au within 7 days of receipt of order so that we can arrange to have the correct products sent to you and the incorrect products returned.

We will dispatch the correct replacement for any incorrect product within 2 working days of receipt of return of the incorrect products.  Your return must be accompanied with a proof of purchase and the products must be returned in a new, unused and re-saleable condition.

Please note that all claims will be honoured at the discretion of Skin Juice and we reserve the right to refuse to refund or replace any customer claims when returns are excessive and it appears that the policy is being manipulated or abused.

Faulty Product or Reaction

Should an item be damaged while it is being shipped to you by us. Skin Juice will provide you with a full refund or exchange. Return postage will be reimbursed in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items and a reimbursement will be issued in the original form of payment.

Should you experience a reaction or you are unsatisfied with the product, you will need to provide information to us via our client reaction form and provide a photo of your skin to further assist us with your refund, credit or return. 

In all faulty product or reaction cases, original proof of purchase must be provided and products must be returned within 14 days of receipt for Skin Juice to process any refund, credit or exchange. 

Please call 02 49608980 or email to sales@skinjuice.com.au and tell us your name, invoice/order number, along with the reason you believe the product is faulty. Our customer care team will correspond with you and issue you with return authorization number and form.

If it is found that the product is faulty, the product will be refunded or replaced with the same product or product/s to the same value and the shipping will be paid for by Skin Juice.

If it is found that the product is NOT faulty, the customer will be charged the shipping fees.

Please note, the value of the returned item may change due to any promotions or discounts applied to the order including but not limited to shipping discounts. 

In all cases, please retain your postal receipt from the provider until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by Skin Juice. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package.

We will do our best to process returns within 5 business days of receipt and a reimbursement will be issued in the original form of payment.

How to ship a return packing instructions

When returning a product for any reason please ensure it is in its original packaging. Products need to be sent back to Skin Juice in a box, not just a satchel, with suffecient packaging to ensure the product is not damaged during shipment. If products are returned damaged they may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Cancellations and Changes to Online Orders

Skin Juice will dispatch orders before 2pm Monday to Friday on the day or next day after order has been placed and paid for.

If you have changed your mind about your order and would like to cancel or change it, please email sales@skinjuice.com.au as soon as possible, quoting your order number.  If your order has already entered the dispatch process, unfortunately, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
